Bio Mat Warranty Information

RichWay International, Inc. warranty for the Bio Mat is 3 years.
Year One – no cost
Year Two – A fee of $60 for any repairs
Year Three – A fee of $160 for any repairs

If there are any problems with the product, the company will repair or exchange the product.  The complete warranty form is included with the product and must be filled in and faxed to the company to be valid. The manufacturers' warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth. We do not pay for shipping on returns.

You can return old product receive 50% discount towards new product purchase, even towards a different product.

 Returns and Refunds

 If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days, subject to a return authorization.

Refund period:
1-7 days from date of delivery receive full 100% refund.
8-14 days from date of delivery receive 70% refund.
15-30 days from date of delivery receive 50% refund.
 31 or more days from delivery date receive 0% refund.

All returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories.  Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package!  We will charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons.  We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.

Please pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely.  Write the return authorization number issued by customer service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton.
Please ship your parcel back to us freight prepaid!  We suggest that you use UPS Ground Service "Insured."  Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments.  
 
Professional Discount

Professionals in the Wellness Industry are entitled to a $100 discount off of the price of the Professional Amethyst Bio Mat. To receive this discount they must fax a copy of their license, certification or diploma to the head office within 24 hours of placing their order being sure to refer to their order number.

Shipping

Products can be shipped anywhere in the world. Products will arrive 7-14 days after receipt of payment.  Shipping address must be a physical address. The courier companies require there be someone to sign for and receive the packages. They will not deliver to a P.O. Box.
Delivery charges quoted are based on shipments within U.S.A. and Canada. All shipping charges to other destinations will be calculated at the time of the order.
 Orders requiring Rush Delivery and/or Special Handling will be subject to additional special handling charges.

Will I pay Duty?

 All orders outside of the USA are subject to a duty charge payable at time of the delivery. Amounts charged are determined by customs of the country
